For your convenience, the practice of Dara Bergen has flexible hours. Appointments are available Monday through Friday from 8am to 7pm and on Saturdays from 9am to 4pm. Please indicate below your preferred day and time for your first appointment and we will try our best to accommodate you.

Once we receive all your information, we'll call you to confirm your actual appointment day and time. Please have your doctor(s) fax us any recent laboratory work, such as your cholesterol (lipid profile), glucose (blood sugar), complete blood count (CBC) or any other labs pertaining to your condition.
